 Position: Marketing Senior
1. Job Description:
- The incumbent will cover main responsibilities as follow:
- To set up short-term and long-term marketing strategy, target and operational plans.
- To propose, design and conduct advertising and promotion programs including communications, promotion, events, sponsorship, public relations.
- To control activities regarding to purchasing all advertising items.
- To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and customers’ awareness.
- To monitor situation of market and activities of competitors.
- Lead the development of marketing material to support sales teams, design and decorate classrooms.
- Build, maintain and develop relationships with media organizations.
- Supporting the Sales team to push up revenue through marketing activities.
- Participate in building and developing corporate brand name.
- Manage and update website information, interface design.
- To propose, revise and operate yearly marketing budget in Northern Market.
2. Requirements:
- Prefer male candidates with at least 3 years of solid working experience in marketing field.
- University graduated major in Marketing.
- Strong understanding of and experience in key marketing communications activities.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
- Good management and leadership skills.
- Strong computer skills in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High teamwork spirit, optimistic, ready to work under pressure and high expectation from the high up management.
- High energy skills, persistent and business oriented.
- Strong execution skills.
- Professional working attitude.
